The 16 mm is Harken’s smallest pulley. It is perfect for rigging monofilament halyards at the outboard-most end of the outrigger. The swivel head can eliminate the need for an external swivel. The patented bearing system uses stainless steel balls in a captive grooved race and has a 250 lb (113 kg) maximum working load.
